Season 2, Episode 06: Barney and Flow, Astrocartography

So you want a change, like a new place to live cause at the moment where you’re living just doesn’t seem right, something’s missing, but you can’t put your finger on it, it’s just a feeling. But no one understands “the feeling.” So you keep on doing what you’re doing day in and day out, but there’s still this nagging feeling inside of you. But what is this nagging feeling? Well, probably because the line you’re living on according to your Astrocartography is totally off or your not living your design according to human design.

Astrocartography is how the placements of the planets affect the energies we feel in places we live or visit, depending on when and where we were born. Developed in the 1970’s by astrologer, John Lewis, astrocartography uses the alignment of the planets during your birth to configure a map with lots of lines on it. These lines represent certain planets and explain how you may or may not feel if you live or visit a place on these lines. For a very good explanation of astrocartography check out this article here.

I became quite fascinated with astrocartography after chatting with Maike Gabriela about human design back in Season 1. She mentioned how this may explain why I’m feeling a bit off in Frankfurt. So I started researching the subject and came across Amanda Barnett from Barney + Flow. Amanda is an expert in human design, astrology, yoga, breath work and astrocartography. I had her explain some things regarding my human design chart and had her also do a small astrocartography reading for Berlin and Frankfurt, which one really explained some thing to me, but also got me hook.

In this week’s episode I chat with Amanda about her journey to human design and astrocartography, her own experience with it and how her work can help you on your journey to yourself and living your best design.

Amanda is a fountain of knowledge and I highly recommend joining The Collective to help you get started on your human design and astrocartography journey.

You can learn more about Amanda here via her website. Also I highly encourage you to book a reading with her.
