Season 2, Episode 08: Maeva Retreats, The Inner Retreat

What happens when we loose connection with ourselves and our bodies? What happens when we can’t connect with our physical bodies, there’s something lost, an actual physical disconnect. Movement is probably one of the most important elements in reconnecting with one’s body. It forces us to get out of our heads and into our physical body, it makes us pay attention to how we are feeling. It creates a connection between mind, body and spirit. When we have this mind, body and spirit connection, we can tap into our true powerful potential. When we are in tune with who we are as individuals and deeply connected to our intuition and inner knowing we are unstoppable.

In this week’s episode #08 I chat with co-founders, Sophia and Friederike from Maeva Retreats. We talk about their individual work as yoga instructors and intuition coaches and their yoga retreats they organise together.
Each believes in the power of intuition, meditation and stillness. They incorporate these elements into their everyday lives, as well as their work and their retreats. They believe each of us has the power to change our thinking and to truly love ourselves but we must be willing to do the work, to sit in stillness so we can hear our inner voice.
Sophia and Friederike give their clients tools to help incorporate new ways of thinking into their everyday lives so they can start asking themselves the right questions and create the life they deserve.

Please have a listen, it’s a beautiful episode.
